The AmCham Shanghai Suzhou Center held the 2021 Suzhou HR Forum on December 8, bringing together more than 100 Suzhou manufacturing HR professionals.

AmCham Shanghai’s annual Salary Report for Suzhou members was published in September. This year, 150 companies in Suzhou participated in the survey. The report focuses on four categories: bonus adjustments, salary increases, Covid-19 impact, and US-China relations.
Drawing on the feedback of companies, the Salary Report offers a realistic overview of salary conditions in the manufacturing sector in Suzhou. The report also compares the results with previous years to shed light on future trends.
