The Client is an Italian restaurant chain, the client wanted to open 3 restaurants in the first year, and 20 restaurants in China over the next 3 years. We setup the Food and Beverage management WFOE, and the first retail shop in Xintiandi, Shanghai. We also helped them to apply food and beverage safety license for each restaurant.
We helped to install a POS cash management system ALOHA in the restaurant, and an Inventory control system. Hired different levels of staff, managers, restaurant workers, chefs, and managed monthly payroll.
We acted as the China business advisor to deal with various government inspections and any cash management or HR issues.
